Okay, well, he sent me a crap mouse. He acknoweledged that and did everything in his power to fix it. After we figured that the issue could not be fixed, he offered me a refund of MORE than I originally paid for the mouse. Amazing. He is letting me keep it until I can find a replacement. This guy was a GREAT guy to deal with, and I would definately trade with again, for sure!
